Lynch Leadership Academy's mission is to develop a powerful and sustainable network of highly effective leaders at schools, within systems and in communities who will disrupt inequity and dramatically increase the opportunities for all students.
Our Aspiring Principal Program is designed to provide rising school leaders with the tools, strategies, and knowledge to build and/or sustain a culture of achievement within their current school year and in preparation for future leadership opportunities.
