1. Review: The Cover Letter Considerations, The Resume Considerations, Exemplar Resume documents posted below

2. Resume: Refine/Edit your resume using the Resume Considerations and Exemplar Resumes as a reference

3. Cover Letter: Create a generic draft of your cover letter for applying for a school leader position. Your cover letter does not need to be printed but should be available electronically. using the Cover Letter Considerations as a reference

4. Share: Share a draft of your resume and cover letter to Michelle: britomf@bc.edu and Ed: brewsteb@bc.edu

1. Reflect: Considering your past educational experience and your current residency site, describe the attributes of a school community or team/work that you would like to lead.
