Wendy WangBook an appointment Wendy Wang (CSOM, '20) grew up in the suburbs of NJ and her family recently moved to the suburbs of MA. While at BC, I studied Finance and Information Systems with a minor in Philosophy. On campus, she was primarily involved with the Chinese Students Association and the Student Organization Funding Committee. After graduating from BC, she worked in investment banking at Nomura. She recently moved jobs and now works on the Corporate Development team at Redesign Health, a series C healthcare startup. In her free time, she loves to eat, explore cities & spend time with family & friends.

While I was at BC, Wendy saw so much emphasis on investment banking, consulting and public accounting. "Like many," she says, "I went down the investment banking path, for the typical reasons but also because it felt like that's what everyone else was doing. Throughout the past few years of post-grad, I've learned that there are so many careers out there that I didn't even know existed while I was at BC." Now having been exposed to so much more, she is excited to support students in finding their path.

Nikki Bucci Nikki is an Associate Director at UBS Investment Bank, where she specializes in the Healthcare Group. She originally joined UBS as a sophomore summer analyst and is actively involved in the firm’s diversity, equity and inclusion recruiting initiatives. At Boston College, Nikki co-concentrated in Finance and Managing for Social Impact, with a minor in Sociology, achieving the distinction of summa cum laude. She served as Co-President of the Consulting Club and Vice President of the Persian Student Association, and particularly loved her experience with Appalachia Volunteers. As a first-generation college student, Nikki recalls feeling intimidated by the recruiting process and credits the Boston College community for giving her the career opportunities she was afforded. Nikki is focused on making careers in finance more accessible to diverse candidates and fostering a culture of inclusion throughout the industry. Outside of work, Nikki is an avid reader and volunteers at her local food pantry. Nikki is generally available on weeknights, with some weekend availability as well.

Stephen (Steve) is currently an Associate Director in the Global Healthcare Group at UBS. At UBS, Steve has gained experience working on M&A transactions, equity and leveraged finance capital raises and private capital raises, primarily in the Life Sciences Tools and Pharmaceutical Services sectors. In 2022, Steve was a member of UBS’ Junior Executive Council (“JEC”), an organization focused on coordinating with senior management to advance junior banker initiatives. He graduated from Boston College in 2020 with a concentration in Finance and a double major in Philosophy. At BC, Steve was involved with several organizations including Residential Life, Campus Ministry, the Center for Student Formation and as a Peer Advisor in the CSOM Dean’s Office.
