Use ChatGPT to write strong resume bullets. Answer the below questions for each experience you have in the work and activities section of your resume. This will help get your creative juices flowing. After finishing, insert the paragraph into ChatGPT and ask it to make resume bullets for each specific experience.

• What specific tasks or responsibilities did I have in this role? (remember to quantify with numbers, percentages and measurable outcomes were possible)

• What skills or knowledge did you apply or gain while performing these tasks?

• Did I make any improvements or have a positive impact on the company, team, or project? If so, how?

• Did I face any challenges or problems in this role, and how did I address them?

• Did I collaborate with others, lead a team, or manage resources in this role? If so, what were the outcomes?

• Did I receive any awards, recognition, or promotions for my work in this role?

• Did I initiate or participate in any projects or initiatives that led to improvements or innovations?

• How did I contribute to the company's or team's overall goals, mission, or values?

• Did I develop or implement any new processes, tools, or systems that improved efficiency or effectiveness?

• Was I involved in any cross-functional or interdisciplinary collaborations, and what were the results?

• Did I create or deliver any presentations, reports, or other communications that had a significant impact on decision-making or business outcomes?

• Were there any instances where I demonstrated exceptional problem-solving, leadership, or teamwork skills?

• Did I work with any clients, customers, or stakeholders, and how did I contribute to their satisfaction or meet their needs?

• Did I participate in any training, mentoring, or professional development activities that enhanced my capabilities in the role?

• Why is your employer better off because you were hired?

Once you are finished, add your personal flair to the bullet points to make them as customized to you as possible.

 After finishing insert some basic prompts. Mix it up by asking it to edit or refine specific areas. Some common examples of prompts I used were:

• "Transform the below content into a job summary for my LinkedIn profile, it should include an about me section, position summary, key skills and responsibilities, key achievements, skills and tools. And it should include some bullet points. [copy/paste your answers].”

• “Make it more personable and avoid buzzwords.”
