Frames

A Frame is the type of assignment you use to show your learning. Different format frames require different writing styles, structures, and skills. 

Frames are part of the Navigate Ideas stage of the LAUNCH Cycle.

Available Frames

• A Brief Write is used to share a quick response, reflection, or analysis 

• Discussion/Socratic Seminar explores ideas through conversation 

• The Informational Essay to teach or explain a topic

• An Argument Essay for convincing the reader of a position

• Narrative tells a story or personal experience

• Use Presentation to inform or persuade an audiance verbally and visually
