Q: What college are you going to?
A: I’m going to Indiana University East in Richmond, Ind.
Q: What do you plan to study?
A: I plan to double major in international business and graphic design.
Q: Which school tradition are you most proud of?
A: I’m especially fond of the girls soccer team pre-game rituals and the senior week festivities. Soccer wouldn’t be the same without them.
Q: When did you start your college applications?
A: I started applying for colleges in September and really didn’t finish until the very last day, the Nov. 1 deadline.
Q: What is the most challenging task as a senior?
A: The most challenging thing going forward as a senior is probably maintaining focus to stay on your grades. This year is a struggle to find the willpower to do anything anymore.
Q: What advice do you have for incoming freshmen?
A: For incoming freshmen, it goes by in the blink of an eye. Don’t take anything for granted, and do the most you can. Join clubs. Date that guy. Talk to that person you’ve never talked to before. Get experiences that you will be able to look back on when you’re in your adult life and leave with no regrets.
Q: Who do you look up to?
A: I look up to my sister and my friend Gabi, both have been through a lot to get to where they are today.
