Getting your child safely to school and back home - our #1 priority...
The district highly encourages parents who choose to send their child to school in a face-to-face learning mode to drop off/pick up students from school. If you chose to send your student to school on the bus, the following rules will apply:
Student will be screened for temperature BEFORE being allowed onto the bus. Students with temperature of 100.0 degrees Fahrenheit or higher will NOT be allowed on the bus. A parent or guardian will need to be present at the time of loading for any students that are Prek-5th grade. If a family member is not present at the time of loading they will lose the right to use school transportation indefinitely. For students in grades 6th-12th grades, the school will notify the parents once the bus returns to campus, if student(s) is not permitted on the bus.
All students will be required to wear a mask when entering, riding, and exiting the school bus.
The factors that determine bus transportation safety are being developed. Please return for information as it becomes available.
