Reopening Safely in 2020-21

We are a big family. Like you, we can’t wait to be together again, however, planning for school to start this year has thrown us some twists! Axtell ISD is making plans to begin school on August 19th.

Parents will have from August 3-10 , to decide the format their child will attend school. At this time, face-to-face instruction will begin in buildings August 19th, 2020.

Parents will have two learning options for their children: Face-to-Face or Online learning. The Face-to-Face option will look different for children at grades PK-5 and 6-12. We have made vast changes to the online learning that will be initiated in August. Follow the links to learn more about Axtell's plan to reopen school in the fall.
