Registration

Parents will navigate to the website: https://skyward.iscorp.com/AxtellTXStuSTS . Before registering, parents should take a photograph or scan the required documents listed below. Due to COVID-19, applications will be processed remotely. We appreciate your patience as we have changed our processes.

1. Current immunization record

2. Social Security card

3. Birth certificate

4. Proof of residency within our district boundaries

a. contract, lease agreement or mortgage statement*

b. most current water, gas or electric bill

c. Must be within the last 30 days

In addition to registration parents need to complete an Academic Choice Form for each student before August 10th . This will help each campus plan for how many students will be on campus. Click here for form.
