Ultimate Frisbee Registration has two parts: A. Avalon Registration and B. Minnesota Ultimate Registration

SCHEDULE

Practices:  2 days per week (Monday and Wednesday), after school until 5:15 at Desnoyer Park.

Practice Location: 525 Pelham Blvd, St Paul, MN 55104

Games: Saturdays at 2:15 or 3:30 (more details below)

Memberships:

2024-25 MNU memberships expire on August 1st, 2025. Purchase of a 2025-26 membership ($20) is required for participation in the 2025 U14 Fall League. This is done as part of registration.

Dates and Times:

Both Divisions

• Games played Saturdays, September 6th through October 11th

• Game Times: 2:15pm & 3:30pm*

• Teams can expect to play 2 games per week.

*Note that game times have shifted later into the afternoon for 2025 Fall League, ensuring sufficient field space for all teams to participate.

• 7/23 - Team Registration Opens

• 8/31 - Team Registration Closes

• 9/3 - League Schedule Released

• 9/6 - Fall League Season Begins

• 9/19 - Player Registration Closes

• 9/6-10/11 - Saturday League Games

• 10/19 - NO GAMES - MEA Weekend

• 10/26-11/2 - Make Up Games (if needed)
