If we aren’t using a GROWTH mindset then we might think that the words FAIL or FAILURE or FAILING are all negative ones.

But with our GROWTH mindset in place we know that these words are very positive because they mean that learning has happened.

This week’s lessons are looking at some of the world’s most famous people and seeing their most epic failures that put them on the path to success.

If you need any help, you can email Mrs Murdoch alissam@avalonintermediate.school.nz or Miss Sinclair kimberleys@avalonintermediate.school.nz

PE/Health Task 6: Healthy Choices Activity

Choose your favourite meal or sweet treat and find out what ingredients it has in it, and how it is cooked (eg fried, baked). Think about how you could make your meal or sweet treat healthier. Once you have done your research re-write your recipe to make it a more healthier option.
