The AIS Challenge
Kia ora A.I.S whanau!
Welcome to Mr T’s Week 5 challenge.
This week will hopefully be the last week in Level 3, so while we are all together in our own bubbles with our whanau, let’s get out there and get moving!
In the Hutt Valley we have a plethora of bush walks and awesome walking tracks and I want your whanau to go and find one. Bush walks are amazing for your well-being, as walking gets your blood pumping, lungs breathing, and gets the endorphins flowing!
While you are on your walk, take some photos or videos of your adventures and send them in. Show us where you have been and what things you have found on your walk.
Have a look at Mr T’s video below for an idea.
If you don’t know of any local bush walks, check out the list and google them.
