We've picked Xinyi District to open our first restaurant in Taiwan because it is the most luxurious and busiest district in Taiwan. It is surrounded by hotels and malls, so lots of foreigners, including Americans and Mexicans, will be around the area . At the same, pedestrians that are shopping at Xinyi District enjoy foreign cultures, since Xinyi district is the place where most foreign brands and restaurants gather. People are too busy to eat at non-fast food restaurants because they're usually here for shopping or doing business.

Nonetheless, the rent in Xinyi District is extremely high. We were not able to find the exact number of the rent, but the district is known to be one of the most expensive areas in Taiwan. Therefore, we recommend Chipotle to open up their first restaurant at one of the food courts within the malls. Opening up at the food court would help lowering the cost tremendously, while the restaurant can still be found easily since the food courts are never lack of people who are seeking for food that tastes good but prepared fast.
