Entering the Taiwanese market is a good choice for Chipotle. There have to be adjustments made to it’s menu, but we believe it will be worth it in the long run. Other elements of the Taiwanese culture will force Chipotle to operate quite differently. Nonetheless, if the recommendations of our findings are considered, it could earn the company more profit. In addition to this, Taiwan will serve as the entry point to China and other parts of Asia. It is in this regard we recommend Chipotle to enter the Taiwanese market.
