Fast food brands in Taiwan are extremely diverse. The most popular ones are McDonald's, Subway, KFC, and burger king. However, these brands are not exactly in the same category with Chipotle. Therefore, there is no need to be too worried about them. Instead, we should be aware of the competitions that come from the "street food" industry. Street food in Taiwan is extremely popular, and they exist almost everywhere. Street food can be any kind of food, but they all can be prepared fast and the prices are usually low. The best thing we can do to prevent the competition is to avoid places where street food vendors gather, night markets for instance.
