Module 1 Video Introduction
In this module, we will walk through the steps to create your first DaVinci Resolve project, import the necessary media, and edit those pieces of media together into an introduction video. Pay close attention to the steps covering the editing process, as they are structured in a way that helps ensure the standard format required by the University is precisely followed.
MODULE OBJECTIVE: Learners will be able to edit audio and visual media using DaVinci Resolve to create introduction Talking-Head videos. The videos should meet this sequence criteria:
Pre-recorded video bumper with university logo and intro music.
5-6 second title with course prefix and concise video description (e.g., LDT 502: Unit 3 Introduction).
5-8 minutes of instructor speaking.
Crossfades between each section of the video.
Fade to black.
