Behavior-Centered Design - a people-centered approach to creating change by blending behavioral science and design thinking

Behavioral Objective - the action or pattern that you expect or are trying to elicit from your audience after a particular intervention

Field Observation - observing your target group in their environment to gain particular insights about their behavior

Intervention Technique - How to approach an action that is performed to bring about change in people

Iterative Process - a series of steps that you repeat and go back to, improving your work each time

Prototyping - Experimental process of implementing or testing your ideas

Stakeholders - an individual or group that is impacted by the decisions made in a particular context - includes customers, shareholders, employees and communities

Target Group - the intended audience that you are trying to reach

Theory of Change - a description of how and why a desired change is expected to happen in a particular context (Center for Theory of Change)

United Nations Sustainable Development Goals - a list of 17 interrelated goals that all member-nations agreed to adopt in 2015 as a "shared blueprint for peace and prosperity for people and the planet, now and into the future" (United Nations SDGs)
