Guide to the Five-Year Interval Review Process

This document provides guidance for charter holders that are undergoing a Five-Year Interval Review pursuant to Arizona Revised Statutes (“A.R.S.”) § 15-183(I)(3) and Arizona Administrative Code (“A.A.C.”) R7-5-506.
