ASAC courses

Structure of the courses

The ASAC follows the same structure for its courses as the NKBV sport climbing courses. The instructors of the ASAC are also recognized by the NKBV. 

After you have obtained indoor top-rope (IT) and indoor lead climbing (indoor voorklimmen; IV) certifications, you can progress to outdoor climbing. The basic course is outdoor lead climbing single pitch (outdoor voorklimmen singlepitch; OVS). After that, you can continue with outdoor lead climbing multipitch (outdoor voorklimmen multipitch; OVM) or traditional climbing (trad). Or both.
