Computing Technology is a practical, project-based course that develops students' skills in computational thinking, systems thinking and design thinking. 

Computing Technology is a 100 or 200 hour NESA course. Satisfactory completion of Computing Technology will be recorded with a grade on the student’s Record of School Achievement.

Students explore how computing technologies connect people and systems, how data can be collected and analysed, how digital products are designed for users, and how software and automated systems can be developed to solve real-world problems.

Throughout the course, students work individually and collaboratively to investigate problems, design solutions, develop digital products, test their ideas and evaluate their results.

The course includes three focus areas across the year, providing students with experience in both Enterprise Information Systems and Software Development.
