Welcome to the Woodstock Counseling Program website! Our mission is to provide a comprehensive School Counseling program, guided by the Mindsets and Behaviors outlined in the ASCA National Professional Standards and Competencies. Within these standards and competencies, we strive to equip all students with skills, mindsets, and behaviors they can use for life and reach their fullest potential. We want all students to have equitable access to success and opportunities, and also be aware of the barriers and difficulties in society that exist. In this process, we support our school's mission to foster compassion, curiosity, integrity, and perseverance to create successful citizens in a global society.
All students at Woodstock Elementary will continue on to graduate from Portland Public Schools as a compassionate critical thinker, able to collaborate and solve problems, and be prepared to lead a more socially just world.
