Grades 7-12

Important message:

At this time, it is imperative to practice Social Distancing to be safe.

In the Physical Education requirement for on-line schooling, most things can be done inside; such as walking around in your house, or jogging in place. If you do choose to go outside, it is very important to stay safe.

If you are a high school student, you can do these things outside with the permission of your parents/guardians.

If you are in Grades K-8, you must be accompanied by an adult to do the activities outside.

Once again, it is a good time to spend with your family and some of these activities could be enjoyed by all. We encourage our families to work together with your child/children to accomplish these Physical Education goals.
