Celebration

Celebration 

Students will celebrate the end of this unit by creating author circles with one chair in each circle specially designated the “Author’s Chair.” They will each read their illustrated books to each other (or to an audience of invited guests), give each other feedback, and applaud all their hard work. The celebration concludes with the student writers adding their books to the classroom library, and joining the other published authors they love and admire.
