Celebration

Students bring their favorite books to the meeting area and join a couple of other readers. Students tell each other about the characters in their books and what they love about them. Students then tell stories about times they felt the same feelings as their characters. Students can use the class word thermometers to talk precisely about their feelings and the feelings of their characters.
