THERAPY
Struggling with a mental health challenge? Have legal or financial questions? Need someone to talk with?
Antioch offers access to WellConnect, a service that supports students facing mental health, legal, and/or financial issues. Through this service, Antioch students receive three free 45-minute sessions with a licensed therapist, and the initial phone call connects you to a licensed therapist if immediate help is needed. There a few options for sessions beyond the first three free ones, depending on insurance coverage and personal preference.
WellConnect is a resource and referral program to assist with the daily challenges many students encounter. This program is free of charge and 100% confidential to AU students located in the U.S.A. & its Territories. Students can just click through to the internal site for WellConnect to view the access code for your location. Please note that you must have an active login to AUDirect. For urgent matters, or when in doubt about what services are being provided, call the WellConnect phone line 866-640-4777. They will help you in a confidential manner 24/7/365.
