60 units minimum of upper division units (3000- and 4000-level courses). Students can do more than 60 upper division, just not less. All AULA courses are upper division with the exception of ENG 2510 Academic Writing Mentorship.
Students can take/transfer a maximum of 120 total lower division units (100- and 200-level courses at most schools).
EDU 3600 Transformative Education (3 quarter units)
Two Antioch academic writing courses: one 3000-level and one 4000-level, with the possible addition of WRT-2510 Academic Writing mentorship (6 quarter units, or 7 units if you take WRT-2510)
Two Mission Core electives (6 quarter units). See below for a list of options for meeting this requirement. Each quarter's schedule will include 2 or 3 Mission Core options.

9 units (3 courses) of Major Core Courses selected from the list attached below. Be sure to search for the list under your particular degree program, as each program has its own list.
6 units of Non-classroom Learning (Internships and/or Prior Learning) related to your degree program/major.
A 3-unit Capstone Internship or class: either LIB-4610, the "Capstone-ship," or a Capstone-focused class like LIB-4600 Capstone Service Learning or LIB-4450 Senior Synthesis Seminar.
