Math Club

During math club, students challenge themselves while practicing their math skills through interactive, hands-on activities, focusing on geometry, numbers & operations, and fractions & decimals. Students learn to work as a team while analyzing and solving various math challenges. Each month students will complete a task such as using geometric shapes to construct weight bearing towers, sticking to a budget to plan an overseas vacation, converting measurements to correct and create a recipe, and using fractions and decimals to plan an event. Students will also work as a team to complete logic and math challenges from the International Junior Math Olympiad.
