This walk goes around Keptie Pond, the War Memorial and PleasureLand. With Jumping Joey's, the beach park and the cinema all nearby!
The full walk is approximately 1.2 miles/1.9km and will take roughly 25 minutes.
You can extend the walk by going to Pleasureland or purchase some light refreshments from the snack vans towards the harbour.
If you want a nice sweet treat Whippy Dipppy Donuts is the place to be, they have cookies, cakes, ice cream, drinks and best of all donuts!
There is a bus stop at the entrance to Keptie Pond. You can plan your route using the stagecoach website:

Keptie pond has a vast variety of beautiful wildlife and large open
areas. This is great for dog walking and ideal
for children. There is a lot of wildlife at Keptie Pond, including birds and fish.
You may see swans, ducks, grey herons, carp, roach and many more. See if you can spot the bug hotel!
The War Memorial commemorates both WW1 and WW2 as well as the troubles in Northern Ireland. It was unveiled in 1922 and has 707 names. It was designed by Sir George Washington Broine. The memorial has steps and a raised base which may pose a challenge for visitors with prams or mobility impairments.
