This is walk is 20 to 25 minutes long. This walk is suitable for everyone as the paths are really smooth, so so it is good for wheelchairs and pushchairs/prams.
Equipment:
You don't need to wear any special footwear.
You may need a hat, coat or gloves as it is close to the sea and windy.
Safety concerns:
Be careful of the seagulls, don't eat your food outside in case you get swooped!
Be careful to not fall into the water.
In winter, be careful in case it is slippy or icy.

The Abbey to the Signal Tower
Its aimed at families that are athletic but also need stops maybe because of children. Good stops would be the restaurant near the signal tower called the BUT n BEN. It is not unsuitable for anyone. But you are not allowed dogs inside the Signal tower or the Abbey.
Also be careful while crossing the road.
Make sure you check the weather and if it's cold wear appropriate clothing.
Be careful of the seagulls.
For our long walk we start at the Abbey then walk our way to the signal tower.The distance is 1.1 miles, which would take you about 40 minutes.
For our long walk the surface is concrete and grass.
The attractions are the Abbey and the Signal Tower.
For my top tip. I think you should check if the places you want to visit like the Abbey or Signal Tower are open.
Fun fact: The Signal Tower was built in 1813 and opened to the public in 1973
This walk starts at the Victoria Park car park and ends at Marco's🚶
The walk is suitable for everyone and it aimed at for people who like short walks.
It is about 1.12 miles with mainly straight roads, so you can take as long as you would like.
You can finish it off at the ice cream shop and get a staple ice cream or a drink
It would be amazing for old people if they don't want to walk far if they have any health problems and it also has amazing cliff views.
Things to do:
There are lots of things to do you can stop at the ice cream shop enjoy the view and just walk.
They have football goals if you want to play.
It's a good place to take your dog for a walk.

The walk is on pavement, so be careful when crossing the road.

It can be really windy, so be careful to not get splashed by the water.
