Prerequisite Requirements
Completion of math Secondary 1 Honors, 2 Honors, and 3 Honors with B grades or higher.
Expectations
Designed for students who want to push themselves and take a math class that can potentially give them college credit. There is a lot of homework and we move quickly, but it is definitely a class worth taking if you plan to take higher level math classes in college. Plus, we have a lot of fun.
Course Description
Teaches limits, differentiation, integration, accumulation, and much more.
College Credit
Passing the AP exam with a 3 or better earns you 4 college credits that count towards your first semester of college calculus.
After this Class
If you are a Junior taking this course, you have several courses to choose from for your Senior year. AP Statistics, AP Calculus BC, and Math 1010/1050 Concurrent Enrollment would all be great options.
