Volunteering on humanitarian response and recovery projects will present various challenges, complex situations and a responsibility to avoid potential harm to local communities, your peers, and yourself. As you have completed courses in Wellbeing, DEI, Ethics, First Aid and Safety, it's important to understand how these cross-cutting topics relate to one another. This pathway will help tie together the learnings from the training courses.

VOLUNTEER ESSENTIALS PATHWAY (KAYA)

This interactive, scenario-focused pathway will introduce you to key topics such as humanitarian principles, communication and accountability, understanding the humanitarian context + more.
