This short film details the current levelled and restorative approach taken by the school.
In 2023, the staff were asked for feedback on current behaviour processes. Some of the reflections looked specifically at the clarity around the processes and behaviour steps when dealing with difficult, complex or challenging behaviour during learning time.
It is important to remember that we are committed to being a no surprises school and, whenever appropriate, will inform parents and share copies of reflection sheets directly as a discussion starter.
In 2022, the new Middle playground was officially opened and unveiled. In prepartion for its use, we created this simple overview video to model the expected behaviour.
This was shared directly into classrooms as well as via whole school online assembly.
Using students to model the behaviour helps our learners connect more with what is being shared as it is from their peers.
