Jesse Reinikainen is a Professional Civil Engineer and the Managing Principal Member of YeDoma Consultants, LLC. Mr. Reinikainen is an emerging business leader in New Mexico. He grew up in the Lemitar area and is a Santa Fe High School graduate. He moved to Alaska, where the love of the outdoors led to his 18 year residency. He graduated with a Bachelors of Science in Geological Engineering in 1995. His past work experience includes international career episodes in the Pacific Rim (Alaska, Canada, Russian Far East, and Australia) as an exploration geologist, database quality assurance/resource evaluation and 3D modeling specialist in the gold mining industry. He left the mining industry and served for eight years with the Alaska Department of Transportation & Public Facilities. It was in Alaska that he became a transportation design engineer specializing in cold region cryostructure, advanced research into permafrost and geotechnical applications such as pavement design and slope stability. He moved from Alaska to work for URS Australia, Ltd., where he was responsible for designing stabilization features and oversight of public works design and construction. As the financial crisis of 2008 took hold in Australia, Jesse relocated back to New Mexico, joining Gannet Fleming West, Inc. as an Associate Geotechnical Engineer. His consultant work continued as the Geotechnical Manager of AMEC for three years prior to establishing YeDoma Consultants, LLC in May of 2017.
Mr. Reinikainen has over 25 years of working experience in the Mining, Water/Wastewater, Communication, Power and Transmission and Surface Transportation Sectors. Career highlights include work on the Dalton Highway in Alaska MP 37-49, Harry Graham Drive in Wollongong, Australia, gold resource evaluation at the Natalka Mine in Russia, Donlin Creek Mine in Alaska, and Getchell Mine in Nevada. His signature design-build projects include Camp Pendleton's San Jacinto DB Roadway Project in California, China Lake UAS DB in California, Lake Valley Wastewater DB in Navajo Nation. With YeDoma, signature projects in the region include the Many Farms Design/Build Foundation Upgrades & Site Drainage Work, the NM 434 Roadway Project, El Rito Water Well Design, San Felipe Communication Tower, Magdalena Substation, Tijeras Canyon Pavement Preservatoin, and the Jemez River Bridge M133 for the Pueblo of Zia.

Wesley Cook has a PhD in Civil Engineering and is a Professional Civil Engineer and Senior Engineer of YeDoma Consultants, LLC. He grew up in Las Cruces, New Mexico, and graduated from Mayfield High School. He did his undergraduate work at New Mexico State University in Civil Engineering. He moved to Idaho where he worked as a consulting engineer before returning for advanced degrees in the field. In Idaho he conducted numerous facility planning studies for municipalities and worked as on-site construction engineer, including oversight of material testing. Dr. Cook’s graduate work at Utah State University consisted of full-scale destructive testing of Accelerated Bridge Construction (ABC) components (MS) and probabilistic analysis of bridge collapse (PhD). Dr. Cook has several publications in the above areas. His dissertation and resulting publication "Bridge Failure Rate" have over 60 citations. He is an active member in the volunteer group Socorro Search and Rescue and is an avid runner.

Stephen Lopez is a Registered Professional Engineer and the Senior Engineer for YeDoma Consultants, LLC. He was raised in the Espanola area and graduated from Espanola High School in 1975. He served four years in the US Air Force before returning to New Mexico in 1979. He worked at Los Alamos National Laboratory until 1985, when he enrolled at New Mexico State University (NMSU). He graduated with a Bachelors of Science from NMSU in 1992. He worked for the US Forest Service as a Civil Engineer until 2000 when an opportunity to work for the New Mexico Department of Transportation (NMDOT) came up. He work for NMDOT as a Bridge Engineer, Project Development Engineer, and Technical Support Engineer until his retirement in November 2019.

Josh grew up in the suburbs of Chicago, IL in the Kankakee River Valley. During his childhood, he spent extensive time hiking and canoeing the river systems of the Midwest, which lead to his strong stances on environmental sustainability. He graduated with his Bachelor of Science degree, from Northern Illinois University, in Physical Geography and received a certificate in Geographic Information Sciences (GIS). He continued his postgraduate education at the University of New Mexico in their Water Resources Program which included studies in: Fluvial Geomorphology, Sustainable Engineering, River Restoration, Environmental Engineering Chemistry, Open Channel Hydraulics, Hydrogeology, and Biological Wastewater Treatment. He also has field knowledge about Grazing Management, Rangeland Health Surveying, Watershed Management, and Riparian Health Surveying.

Ryan is a Senior Technician who has developed his career with work episodes with Terracon and Wood in the field of material testing. His experience includes construction materials testing throughout statewide including the National Labs. He is current TTCP, ACI, ASTM and AASHTO testing certificates. He has become a lead (Journeyworker) material technician mentoring apprentices with YeDoma's new apprenticeship program accredited through Workforce solution with the state of New Mexico.

Diego is an Apprentice Field and Laboratory Technician. His apprenticeship is active and regulated by the New Mexico Department of Workforce Solutions State Apprenticeship Office and sponsored by YeDoma. Diego is also enrolled in a Bachelor's Degree Program in Construction Management at the University of New Mexico. He has gained entry-level experience in laboratory and field testing procedures based on AASHTO and ASTM specifications. Diego supported projects for Tribal, Local, and State Government agencies.
