Honorable dismissal is voluntary withdrawal from the institution, particularly for students with good academic and behavioral standing. All accountabilities to the institution must be settled before a statement of honorable dismissal can be issued.
A student who seeks honorable dismissal shall present a written petition signed by his/her parents or guardians.
This shall be filed with the Registrar who shall give consent. Should it be granted, the student shall be issued an honorable dismissal. Without such consent, the student cannot be issued the certification of honorable dismissal.
A student who is leaving the institution due to suspension and expulsion cannot be issued such a statement or certification.
