As per Office of the President Memorandum No. 1, series of 2023, change of grade is allowed only if the faculty member concerned has erroneously entered a grade in the grading sheet or made an error in computation.
Change of grade shall not be allowed for the purpose of obtaining a higher grade for honor, scholarship, employment, grade requirement as basis for admission to other educational institutions and the like.
Reexamination to improve grades is not allowed for a student who has already received a satisfactory grade in a subject.
The concerned faculty member should officially request for a change of grade to the President to justify the change or correction of grades.
S/He should submit a Grade Change Form in addition to the letter signed by the President, approving the grade change.
Students presenting screenshots of conversations or emails with concerned instructors regarding grade corrections shall not be honored by the Registrar.
No faculty member shall change any grade after the report of grade has been filed with the Registrar.
