ADDING / DROPPING OF SUBJECT/S

The adding of subjects may be done within two (2) weeks after the first day of class.

Officially Dropped: An officially dropped (OD) mark shall be assigned if the student voluntarily drops a subject or subjects and files a corresponding dropping form before the date of midterm examination.

Unofficially Dropped: This mark (UOD) is given to a student who did not file the dropping form and who failed to attend subjects for the entire semester (i.e. number of absences; absences and not meeting the passing rate).  

The dropping of subject/s or the cancellation of enrollment of any student without any valid reason means forfeiture of scholarship.
