There will be a new resource up every month, so please keep any eye out! Generally this section will include an Action for Happiness Calendar, which can be downloaded at your convenience. This monthly calendar is intended to be used as a mental health tool, to add positive (mood-boosting) actions to each day; these can be fun to do as a family!
The Middle School SEL program has been specifically designed to support student social-emotional development. With 3 main strands -Â SEL, Technology, & Community Building - students are invited to engage in fun and reflective activities while also developing their social skills, self-awareness, and healthy approach to technology use.Â
The program is scaffolded to ensure the strengthening of skills and knowledge in a routine and consistent way. The program takes place every Monday-Thursday morning from 8:00-8:15am.
