The ground war has to be arbitrated. In Under the North Star, we will use a modified ruleset of the Red Strike-boardgame, running it through the Vassal Engine. As such, commanders of ground formations, or their assigned deputies, can fight against the Red Cell on play-by-discord asyncronous moves, or pre-set gamedays based on schedule preferences.
