2. Review and Analyze the Finance Health Dashboard launched in the 23.24 term. Share the perceived gaps and your plans to improve and evolve the dashboard in the 24.25 term.
3. Review and Analyze the Finance Models for AIESEC in Nigeria in the last 3 years. Share your opinion on the reasons for each of the past models and how you believe the Finance Model should be created. Outline strategies to ensure a healthy and sustainable entity.
4. Review the Finances for the LCs of AIESEC in Nigeria. Share the current MoFRs and MoCR of these LCs, with your recommendations for the LCs.
5. What are your goals for Finance and Legalities in the 24.25 term for AIESEC in Nigeria? Share your reasons for these goals and outline two strategies (Primary and Secondary Strategies) for each goal with clear KPIs and MoS.
1. Review and Analyze the state of BD in the 13 LCs that AIESEC in Nigeria has. How can BD function better in the LCs? Identify the BD Initiatives that work best for each of these LCs.
2. How can AIESEC in Nigeria leverage Governmental and Public Relations Collaborations for revenue generation? Share action steps and strategies you would employ.
3. Carry out an analysis of the current partners for AIESEC in Nigeria. How would you ensure these partners are transitioned beyond the 24.25 term? Provide clear action steps with KPIs.
4. Perform a SWOT analysis on the state of EWA and BD. What steps would you take to ensure the establishment of more long-term partners for AIESEC in Nigeria?
5. What are your goals for BD&EWA in the 24.25 term for AIESEC in Nigeria? Share your reasons for these goals and outline two strategies (Primary and Secondary Strategies) for each goal with clear KPIs and MoS.
6. AIESEC in Nigeria has been involved with Global Premium Partners and Global Initiatives in the 23.24 term. How would you key into this to generate revenue for the entity? Identify three global premium partners you think would be beneficial for the entity and highlight action steps to extending this partnership into Nigeria.
1. Perform a Gap analysis of the current operational state of iCX (per stage of the customer flow), identifying areas for improvement. State what steps you’d take to close those gaps.
2. How can you improve the relationship of each of the function’s stakeholders (IR partners, Opportunity Providers, EPs, and Commission)? Provide clear strategies with KPIs and MoS for each strategy.
3. How will you ensure adequate performance of the LCs in your commission? Perform an analysis of any 5 AIESEC in Nigeria Local Committees (excluding your home LC for Nigerian applicants). Based on your analysis, develop LC-specific strategies to improve each LC's performance. (These strategies may include things like collaboration, process improvements, new marketing initiatives, etc.)
4. Perform a SWOT analysis of the National Volunteer Program and how you intend to scale it in your term. Clearly outline how you would support LCs in the creation of Projects, taking note of the tentative BD/iCX Synergy.
5. What are your goals for iCX in AIESEC in Nigeria in the 24.25 term? Share your reasons for these goals and outline two strategies (Primary and Secondary Strategies) for each goal with clear KPIs and MoS.
