Responsible for: Membership Sub Committee
Job Description
i. Provide HR coaching and development on a strategic level (tools development and updating, finding and promoting training/self-development opportunities for members according to needs, etc) towards the necessary capacity building of AIESEC in Nigeria.
ii. Provide Learning direction setting and bring it to core work process, necessary tools for development and updating.
iii. Coordinate and support LCEB in achieving sustainable growth in results and development in human resources
iv. Manage the Members’ section on the communities, coordinate the communication channels of trainees of AIESEC in Nigeria
v. Coordinate members’ attendance at international conferences, training, events, etc (selection, preparation, follow-up)
vi. Develop and maintain the relationships with Member and Trainee- development partners of AIESEC in Nigeria
vii. Compile best practices, case studies, and profiles of Nigerian organizations participating in our Exchange Programs
viii. Be responsible for keeping all local committees informed of all matters
ix. Maintain national relationships with organizations to partner with for the IXP process
x. Manage nationally the measurement system
