Responsible for: Finance Sub Committee
Job Description
i. Be responsible for staff, stationery, equipment, office, etc.
ii. Be responsible for all corporate correspondence of the association and for the distribution of supporters'/partners documents and newsletters
iii. Take minutes of all MCEB meetings, be responsible for the minutes of all National
meetings and conferences and also the LC Presidents' Meeting
iv. Be directly responsible for the development and implementation of systems and tools for financial management.
v. Be responsible for budgeting and cash flow management
vi. Be responsible together with the MCP for reporting the financial situation of the foundation legislative meeting and other concerned bodies.
vii. Be responsible for fee management for LCs and financial control advice for the LCs.
viii. Prepare a statement of the foundations’ accounts as frequently as required by the legislative Meeting
ix. Be signatory to all financial documents together with the MCP and the National Staff Adviser
