Job Description
i. Manage AIESEC in Nigeria’s relationship and interaction with other youth organizations.
ii. Manage OGX processes with MC & LCs in Nigeria.
iii. Ensure the Membership, Leadership, and exchange Leadership Pipeline
iv. Develop a structured expansion strategy for AIESEC in Nigeria to reach more universities.
v. Manage the evolution of dual experiences as a core part of the AIESEC XP.
vi. Drive the growth in providing quality AIESEC XP for youth in Nigeria by outgoing exchanges in GV and GT pools
vii. Audit Exchange quality control and OGX process.
viii. Maintain Country partnership and expansion for International branding and TN supply sourcing
ix. Create a structured EP recruitment calendar and standards for LCs in Nigeria.
x. Provide functional coaching for Local Committees and coordinate realization management nationally.
xi. Manage AIESEC Nigeria’s expansion strategy with the Expansion manager.
xii Be in charge of selling the AIESEC in Nigeria University portfolio.
xiii Coach and track LCs on exchange development and leadership development for expansions.
xiv Coach and track LCs on exchange development for affiliated university management.
