Welcome to Pioneer School!

I am delighted and honoured to welcome you and your family to Pioneer School. As a leader of the school my role is to ensure your child is safe, happy and provided with opportunities to reach their full potential. 

As a growing community, everyone at Pioneer takes great pride in their work, this is evidenced in the quality of education and the progress, outcomes and achievements  of all our young people. We are lucky to also have a modern and inspiring learning environment, complemented  with a wide and varied range of resources to enhance the learning experience for all.

We have a holistic, child centred approach to meeting the needs of our pupils to enable them to find their remarkable. We  look first at what each pupil needs to learn and plan personalised programmes to meet their intellectual, social, spiritual, moral, cultural, physical, emotional and therapeutic needs.

We have a highly motivated and dedicated staff team who are very committed to creating a school in which our pupils and students receive an outstanding education that prepares them for the next stage of their life.

Our school provides a fun and caring environment where children make exceptional progress.

We value the excellent relationships we have with parents and with a range of professionals, as we work together to enable our pupils to communicate, to develop socially and emotionally and to gain independence skills.
