Keeping In Touch
We like to keep our parents, children and local community up to date with all the latest Academy news and information. There are also lots of ways to contact school.
By Phone
Parents and Carers can contact the school office during our normal office hours which 8:00am - 4:15pm Monday - Friday on 0121 566 6666 and selecting option 2 from the menu. Please ensure that you keep your telephone numbers up to date so that we can contact you at all times.
Parents and carers can email the office via contactus@fourdwellingsprimaryacademy.org . You will need to provide us with your email address so that you can have an account on Arbor, where for now you pay for school meals and trips, however more features will be introduced soon.
Class Dojo
All parents and carers must be signed up to Class Dojo - this is the main platform we use to communicate with you - both generally and by your child's class teacher. It is essential that you sign up in order to ensure that you do not miss important and valuable information.
Letters Home
We regularly put letters regarding uniform, trips, news, and events on Class Dojo. We rarely send letters home unless a consent form is required. You can find copies of our letters under the News section of our website.

Parent's Consultations and Meetings
We hold parent meetings every term, we believe that this provides you with the best opportunity to discuss your child's progress with the class teacher and address any concerns you have. We are happy to arrange meetings with individual parents at a convenient time if you have any matters you wish to discuss.
Newsletters
We publish weekly newsletters which contain a variety of news, advice and information designed to support parents and children outside of the academy. Copies are always available from the academy website under the news section, and will be posted on to Class Dojo.
Assemblies and Productions
We hold regular celebration and attendance assemblies, parents and carers are always welcome to attend and share in the celebration of our children's achievements.
Annual Pupil Reports
All parents and carers will receive a detailed report of their child's progress in the second half of the summer term.
