The school will communicate with the parent community in the following ways:
SMS for emergency information to parents and staff
Regular email updates to parents/staff from the director and divisional principals.
Regular updates to students/parents from their classroom teacher(s)
If the school is instructed to close by the government, board, or director, we will communicate this to the AES community in the following ways:
SMS informing constituents that the school will be closed and more information is being sent in an email
An email sent with more information about the school closure with timeframes for upcoming communication
Alert on our public website with detailed information about the school closure
All previous communication from the school can be found in our communication archive
