Communication
In all communication (email, google classroom, etc) be mindful of your tone and audience. This is not the forum for “text” talk
Communicate proactively with your teachers:
Ask questions, but be patient when waiting for a response.
If a teacher emails you, respond in a timely manner.
You can use email or Google Classroom
Keep your laptop/iPad charged and with you when traveling.

Wellbeing
Take breaks, play, rest, be active.
Communicate with your friends, classmates and advisory group regularly.
Be mindful of your workload and wellbeing.
If you have any concerns, contact a teacher or a counselor.
Set-Up
Ensure your child has access to wifi and Google Suite during learning time
Help your child develop daily routines.
Choose a learning location that is suitable to be seen by peers and teachers if students are using video tools.
Ensure your children are dressed appropriately when using video tools.
If there are siblings simultaneously online, choose locations that do not cause noise interference when recording learning or video conferencing.
Communication
Communicate any concerns to your child’s teacher or complete THIS FORM
Keep your laptop/iPad charged and with you when traveling.
Regularly check for school communication.
Wellbeing
Ask questions, talk about learning, success and challenges, upcoming deadlines, and workload.
Provide time for creativity (read, cook, draw, paint, photography etc.).
Encourage your child to take study breaks and to take part in physical exercise.
Be mindful of your child’s wellbeing; speak to them regularly about concerns or challenges.
Create opportunities for your child to interact with peers to maintain connections with their school community.
Provide opportunities for children to be involved in service such as having your child/children help with daily household tasks (cleaning, cooking etc.).
Set-Up
Be available for regular collaboration, co-planning & meetings.
Plan learning activities that are easily understood and implemented by students.
Learning
Post learning materials for the lessons scheduled that day in Google Classroom by 9:00am (Delhi Time).
Provide a variety of learning activities, including non-tech activities.
Provide regular feedback to students.
Provide 48 hours notice for any face-to-face sessions via Google Hangout or Zoom. Teacher/student face-to-face sessions are optional for students.
Communication
Have access to email and Google Classroom daily
Respond to all emails within 48 hours
Ensure some communication to your students every week is verbal (either face-to-face or recorded)
Wellbeing
Stay connected with colleagues and friends
Find balance with the online demands of continuous learning
