Science is a vast subject and covers all aspects of Biology, Physics and Chemistry. It helps you to develop an understanding of the world and how it works. It explains ‘why’, ‘how’ and lets you explore ‘what if’. It develops problem solving skills and analytical skills that are useful no matter what you go on to do.
Science contains lots of transferable skills that will help you to be successful in the future. Almost every job contains aspects of science! A hairstylist is practicing chemistry when they mix up the bleach for your balayage, a chef is using food science to create you a tasty meal, a mechanic is using physics and engineering when they fix your car. Achieving through science gives you a solid footing in any path you take in your future.
