This toolkit aims to support to early education and elementary school educators, administrators, and district leaders seeking to advance their inclusive preschool and early elementary school practices and enhance outcomes for all children. The primary audience for this toolkit is preschool providers and districct special ed staff, though many strategies, policies, and practices elevated in this toolkit are also applicable to early elementary school providers and providers of care for younger children.
