Regarding children under five years of ageRegarding children under 5 years old, this lodge is situated at an altitude of 2300 meters, which can lead to high-altitude sickness and unusual symptoms. Emergency transportation and care are also extremely challenging at this elevation. Children, particularly those 5 years old and younger, are unable to clearly express any discomfort or issues with how they are feeling. Additionally, due to the terrain and the excitability of children at this age, there is a high risk of injury. It is also more difficult to obtain the necessary ingredients to prepare meals for children in this age group.

For individuals with medical conditions For individuals with medical conditions, the elderly, or those with respiratory issues, please note that there are many steps along the Alpen route, and the weather can change suddenly, requiring quick evacuation. We do not have the medication or medical equipment needed to care for individuals with health concerns, and there is no hospital nearby. Furthermore, all guest rooms are located on the second floor, and the staircase is very steep.
Please take all of the above circumstances into account when considering staying with us.
