Join the Team at Tengudaira Mountain Lodge!

Experience life at 2,300 meters! Tengudaira Mountain Lodge is looking for energetic, nature-loving individuals to join our team for the 2026 season. Whether you are an outdoor enthusiast, a DIY lover, or someone looking to polish your English skills in a unique environment, we welcome you.

Position Details

Location: Tengudaira, Tateyama (Altitude: 2,300m), Toyama Prefecture.

Contract Type: Full-time or Part-time (1-month trial period as a part-timer).

Season: Mid-April to late October (Closed from November to March).

Working Hours: 5:00 AM – 6:00 PM (8-hour shifts; overtime may be required).

Hourly Wage: Starting from ¥1,062 (Toyama Prefecture minimum wage).

Holidays: 2days per week.

What You’ll Do

Our duties are diverse, but we aim to assign tasks based on your expertise:

Reception & Customer Service (Frequent interaction with international guests!)

Cooking & Meal Preparation

Cleaning & Housekeeping

Facility Maintenance, Inspections, and DIY repairs

Inventory & Product Management
